What’s more, she can often be found building these
skills with her friends. Think of it like the Tour de
France: Sometimes she’s breaking off from the group
to do her own thing. Other times she’s choosing to
work with the pack. The great thing is that she’s the
one making the decision. She may find success, or
she may not. Regardless, she’s continuing to build
her knowledge, skills, and character.
